Summer reading for managers: five book recommendations for leaders

Time Management (Stanislav Termann, Juraj Eisel)

A practical guide to managing time. It offers specific tools for handling priorities, overcoming procrastination, becoming more assertive, and eliminating distractions during daily work.

Modern Time Management (Kevin Kruse)

In this book, published in Czech in 2019, Kruse gathers insights from successful leaders and entrepreneurs. He presents simple yet effective techniques for better time organisation, and balancing work and personal life.
