Here are five modern managerial bad habits you should avoid in order to maintain high performance without collapsing.

Outdated technology

Minimal investment in new technologies and software can ultimately have a strongly negative impact on the entire team’s results. Excessive conservatism can be equally harmful. If you automatically reject any automation or artificial intelligence tools, you may be forcing yourself and your team to handle unnecessary administrative tasks and routine work.

Not delegating work

Active procrastination

No breaks

Working without breaks is ultimately counterproductive. Therefore, take a few minutes to rest every hour. Your work will then be more efficient, focused, and creative.

Lack of sleep is one of the modern civilization diseases that will eventually affect both your personal and professional life. Do not underestimate insufficient sleep and learn to prioritize rest.
